Our Programs

All-Star Cheerleading

All-Star cheerleading is offered for children ages 5 - 18 years old. Cheerleaders will learn cheers, stunts, jumps, dances, and tumbling in a fun and safe environment. Not only will students enjoy the team atmosphere, but they will also gain coordination and self-confidence as they perform routines in front of an excited crowd.

After-School Program

Students can be picked up from Wayne Avenue, Harnett Primary, Gentry Primary, Erwin Elementary, and Coats Elementary. When students arrive at our facility, they will get 30 - 45 minutes of gym activity, enjoy a snack, and then begin homework. After finishing homework, students will enjoy board games, puzzles, reading, video games, crafts, playground, and so much more! On Early Release Days and Teacher Workdays, students will have fun going on field trips to the park, museums, skating, bowling, etc. 

Tumbling Classes

Tumbling classes are offered for students ages 2 - 18 years old who are interested in developing new skills from beginner to most advanced. Several of the local cheerleading squads schedule classes to improve their technique and learn new tumbling skills. Circuits and skill-specific drills are used to help students achieve their goals while at the same time increasing their muscle development and self-confidence. 

Summer Camp

Summer camp is for students ages 5 - 12 years old.  Weekly camps are held Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm.  Campers will enjoy field trips almost everyday, games, crafts, and much more!  Campers need to be registered by the Thursday prior to the week of enrollment.

Tramp & Tumble Team

Gymnasts on the tramp and tumble team practice and compete on 3 events: trampoline, double mini trampoline and floor. Tramp and tumble falls under the USAG rules and policies. Athletes will learn proper technique and development strength through the program. Gymnasts are selected based on a student's skills and work ethic to ensure they would be a good fit for the team.

Birthday Parties

Children will have a wonderful time at Elite's birthday parties! The package includes one hour of many fun-filled, circuits, relay races, parachute time, and INFLATABLES in the gym area. Then children will enjoy 30 minutes of eating and opening gifts in our birthday party room. Call and schedule your birthday party today!

Elite Gym has built its reputation as a facility for high-quality instruction by providing tumbling classes, toddler classes, All-Star Cheerleading program, After-School program, Tramp and Tumble program, private lessons, open gyms, summer camps and birthday parties.


Elite Gym prides itself on being able to offer optimal learning through small student-teacher ratios. Instructors are well-trained in conducting assessments, setting up circuits, spotting different skills, and ensuring each child's safety while participating.
